If RCMMA joins the Society, your collective agreement will remain the same.

RCMMA members will set the bargaining priorities and elected RCMMA members will negotiate the collective agreement with the support of Society staff such as a Labour Relations Staff Officer. As is the case now, only RCMMA members will vote on whether to ratify a renegotiated collective agreement.
